MS Paint for the whole drawing and color, GIMP to remove the background and Corel Photo Paint to do some small details like the faded shadows and stuff.

I wish I had a tablet. Animations would be sooo much easier. But that's what Paint's for. I use curved line tool to make just about everything.

Oh wow! You're really talented! I'm terrible with the mouse! Well tablets are a lot cheaper now. 140$ is the average which is expensive but cheaper.

I don't entirely use just the mouse because I mostly use the straight and curved line tools so the lines come out very smooth and not too jagged. Shhhankkss anyways. Amazin' I hope their prices continue to go down, only help me in the end when I can get one.
