Togi is a total opposite of who he once was. When alive he was stern, serious and on a rather rude side. Not the person to keep others close to him. Now, since coming back to the world of the living he's lightened up. Like his nature suggested Togi can be iffy about approaching people at first but after that's all gone and done he can be very talkative. He can take a joke as well as crack some of his own. He's kind and gentle and a very forgiving individual. Togi can be very oblivious to things and isn't always the best at sensing the mood of a conversation so if you're wanting something from him you're just going to have to downright ask him. When Togi gets angered his rage will easily blow over within the next 5-10 minutes and he'll eventually feel embarrassed for ever getting mad, just the guy he is :V
Before Death
Okay so, before death you'd have known this fellow by the name 'Tenor'. The boy grew up happily in the Eon camp, his father was the tribe leader and he'd be second in line being the first born of him and Contra to take over the tribe. Tenor was a mischief maker though, constantly pulling pranks on the tribe and getting in trouble, the tribes members started to question if him becoming the next leader would be the smartest thing. Tenor never really cared about what they's say and never took it to mind. That was until he lost his mother. It'd been shortly after the birth of his pretty little sister Contra. After that Tenor started to act more serious, wanting to be a good role model for the girl, trying to do what his mother was no longer capable of doing for her.
Years later and Tenor had been made the new leader of Eon. Shortly after having been given this new position, his father passed away of old age. The leader having died in peace . The death of the old chief had been expected so most hadn't been to surprised when he'd passed on. After that Tenor chose Sakurai, one of his closest friends to lead alongside him as his deputy.
Tenor sadly became a little on edge about losing anyone else close to him, family wise, and became way way overprotective of Contra. Not allowing her any freedom practically. Wherever the girl went, she always needed to have a guard on her. The Latias tired of this, flew off, leaving to join gin. This struck Tenor hard but he realized that he couldn't always baby her and that she needed to grow up sooner or later. So with that he let her be instead of going after her.
Soon he met a suicune lady and at first was very iffy over her, and not so trusting since she came from another tribe, but after a while they became close, the girl slowly inching her way into his heart. She even joined Eon to be with him. The two ended up having a little girl, his daughter Sia, his lovely Slowpoke girl. Sadly though his time with her was short. In the event of the volcano eruption, the disaster that hit Eterna, Tenor lost his life when he made sure that his tribes people were all evacuated and safe. He was caught under a burning tree, obtaining severe burns to his arms and back and slowly dying in pain.
Yui had managed to keep him alive for a short while but what she'd done wasn't enough. He'd asked her to be Eon's new deputy and help Sakurai, then apologized before he'd drifted off to never return.
After Death
The original founders, out of their best intentions had decided to give Tenor a second go at life, having died young and not generally having lived a first good life either. The Latios was opposed to it but never got the chance to say anything as he'd out of no where been dumped in the lake. Well passed out Tenor changed into a frillish boy of younger looking age and a somewhat similar appearance to Tenor. His memory had also been whipped clean by the founders. He now has no recollection of who he was in his past life or who he was now.
His unconscious body drifted down the stream and was found by none other than Contra. The girl rescued him from the water, taking him back to Origin and waiting for him to wake up. When he didn't it wasn't the most pleasant thing. The first thing he'd thought was 'What just happened// Where am I?' Then it'd all slowly turned to a fear as he'd looked to his arms and seen the burn marks; starting to think that the surrounding people had burnt him he lost it and ran off. Wanting to get as far away from Origin as he could.
In the running he stumbled onto Lunar grounds and hid himself up in a tree, which is where he'd been found by Lunar people. Tenor was then escorted to the leader where he managed to explain that he had no idea what was going on, who he was, where they were etc. After a long talk he somehow managed to make himself a tribe member on trial basically. Take it like a test to see if he would actually be trustworthy or not. There and then he'd been made into a warrior apprentice, that of Swift Feathers. Well in Lunar he'd been given a name since he claimed to have none, Togi.
Now upon coming back, the majority of Togi's memory has come back to him as his past friends came to recognize him. He remembered being Tenor, the old leader. Even after that memory boost he chose to remain in Lunar. He cares to much for Iri and Swift to go back to Eon- He just doesn't want to seperate from his new friends. So that's where he's been since returning to Eterna forest. Along the way though, he started to lose himself a little. Post regaining his memory effect was that he was now flooded over with all the traumatizing events from when he was alive, things that in his current state he couldn't handle. So he disappeared.
He needed to figure himself out, understand what was going on. He ran away. It was as simple as that. He didn't want to be a bother on anyone so he ran. In this event of time he was struck with some unfortunate events. He'd found himself far out from any of the other tribes. He was still in the eterna forest of course, but no where he knew of. This is when it happened. A little rock slide that Togi got caught in. He black out completely from this and when he woke up, he was surrounded by pokemon and with no memory as to why he was here. He remembered everyone clearly but something was missing- It was the memory of his past. It had been taken from him but how? Who knows. Though it wasn't like Togi realized this. What he did realized was the screeching pain in his right leg.
He couldn't move, he couldn't do anything, he was stuck where he was. A rock had crushed the bone in his leg which was causing large amount of pain. The pokemon around though were kind enough to lend him a hand and assist him in his dark moments. And so from there, he spent couple of months with these pokemon. He didn't have the means to properly heal his bone, and with the time period that passed it resulted in him having a non-union bone. Giving him a limp. Looks like he wouldn't be walking anytime soon. Once he was able to managed himself, and with the aid of these pokemon he slowly but surely made his way back to Lunar. Getting lost on the way but finally finding his way back home. Floating up to his shared tree house, the pokemon friends on the ground. The frillish limped inside.

- He is terrified of fire, regardless of being a water type. He doesn't understand why it is that he's scared of the stuff though. Fire type pokemon he is fine with but as soon as they start spitting fire he becomes frozen on the spot.
- Not being able to protect the ones he cares about// Not being strong enough to help
- He is no longer capable of running due to the non-union bon in his right leg.
He posses a bow and arrows since he has pretty good aim. He doesn't know from where though since he believes to have never used one.
Rain Dance - The user summons a heavy rain that falls for five turns, powering up Water-type moves.
Brine - If the targets HP is down to half, this attack will hit with double the power.
Dazzling Gleam - The user damages opposing pokemon by emitting a powerful flash.
Omnious Wind - The user blasts the target with a gust of repulsive wind. It may also raise all the users stats at once.

~ Suffers from Insomnia. He only manages to ever come across 2-4 hours of sleep a day.
~ The scar atop his nose is from a fight he got into while still alive.
~ He still poses his eon tattoo on his back though its nearly gone due to the scar tissue from the fire burns.
~ He is an extremely picky eater and will only eat select few things which is why he looks so thin.
~ He has dual coloured eyes. His right one is orange and the left one is red.
~ He can only limp or float now because of the bone in his leg that was not properly healed.
