I'm not professional enough to give an entire critique but I'd love to make some suggustions!

First of all, this piece is beautiful! It obviously took a lot of effort and time and the result is great!

One of my suggestions is when the rocks meet the water, perhaps show some darker lining of where the rocks may have touched? And perhaps instead of gray,add a dull, dark brown? But I'm not sure where the wolf is, meaning the climate and whether it's tropical and such. The water is beautiful btw! But maybe make some more vivid ripples of water closer up and let them fade. And as for the wolf, this is just a suggestion, but you could tilt the muzzle a lit upward. Remember, I'm not a pro at this >< And on the back left leg, the paw could be a bit smaller, the leg also, to make the angle more clearer of where you want the picture to be seen from.
