Herbert is AWESOME! As is Tanz of course. I really wish they'd give it another shot on Broadway - without messing with it! Cute pic, and Tim Reichwein is so adorable.

Seriously yeah. They need to do a direct translation, and if the jokes don't work, they don't work. At least it would be accurate to the German production in style and production. What they did to it on Broadway...gods. No wonder the writer has expressly forbidden any English speaking country from obtaining the rights. (or so I've heard)

Does that mean that the West End and Australia can't get it? Dang and blast! I hope that's just a rumor, or if it isn't maybe he'll change his mind... but as I've said before - the chances of it ever coming back to the US are nil.
