Yeah, it is a pipe cleaner for a beak, but the eyes are mini pompoms. X3 it took me a while to make, but I make stuff like this all the time, so explaining how to do it to someone else would take a while... xD;;

Well, he's just a pompom with an orange pipe-cleaner sticking out the front for his beak, and his eyes are tiny pompoms with white paint dots on them for a "shine". And his chibi cheeks are little ovals of pink, fuzzy fabric. I think that's it?
