I realized this reminds me of an episode of South Park, "Good Times With Weapons" when Kenny accidentally threw a shuriken at Butters' eye.

Also in this episode, Kyle did agreed with Cartman's idea of killing Butters because his parents will give a harsh punishment, if they found out that he was playing with weapons. This is the one of few times Kyle agreed with Cartman.
