When it comes to painting, watercolor is always one of those styles that I find difficult to grasp and understand. How you painted Alypia here is phenomenal and vivid, a very stylistic representation is though designed for a trading card, and the fur is shaded quite well where it is easy to see the individual strands that make up the mane and all of its color variations. It is very good work, in my opinion.

I have never even heard of coliro pearlescent paints, so I might have to try using them at some point if I can find them. I think the most exotic medium of paint that I have thought about using was something that was not conventionally considered paint, such as make-up or tea.

Oh, I have never tried something like tea or makeup, haha, but I do know some people that have and the results looked incredible. If I tried it, it would look horrible I imagine. I bought the Coliro paints on Amazon but you can buy them directly on the Coliro website. It's a bit expensive though, but totally worth it. It adds really nice touches to a drawing C:

Neither have I, but I did see other artists using those as a medium of paint, so I felt inspired to try them for myself when I might have had the right kind of paper. Though, to be perfectly honest, you would never be good at it if you never practiced; not everyone will get something right out of the box, so to speak, but I am sure you know that. I will definitely have to take a look at the Coliro paints then, because I am eager to try something different. Thank you for the recommendation!
