» History-

[ kithood ] :

cloverkit was born on a miraculously warm day in february, one of two surviving kits in her litter. her mother, quailfoot, was her only present parent, as her father was absent in her life, though her mother asserts he's a windclan cat, just not a particularly parental one. this didn't really bother cloverkit, mostly because she didn't really notice the difference. aside from that, her kithood was fairly simple and pleasant, if only for her ignorance of what went on in the camp during the colder seasons.

[ apprenticeship ] :

cloverpaw and her younger-by-literally-a-minute brother, grasspaw, were made apprentices in the middle of greenleaf, which definitely colored her experiences. she'd been desperate to be allowed to go out and explore from the moment she saw rookpaw become an apprentice, and by that point quailfoot was desperate herself to get her daughter out of the den as well. grasspaw was a much more timid, mama's boy of a cat, and was very quickly overshadowed by his exuberant sister, not that he minded staying out of the limelight. cloverpaw has only been an apprentice for two moons now, but she's already gotten herself into some sticky situations and has done a lot of scheming.
