oh yes. The beautician had no idea what she was doing. He said he just wanted them a little thinner, but she accidentally spilled the wax all over his eyebrows then clumsily dropped the towel over them...she yanked it off quickly but it was already too late. England's once elegant brows were no more.
And unfortunately for England, he realized that he was late for a meeting with the other countries, and rushed there quickly without thinking to look in a mirror.
