Description Just a little something I did for this poem is truly an inspiration to me that I just had to make a wallpaper out of it,.. it was this very poem that was the start of yours truly,.. to begin to write poetry at a very young and tender age. So I present to you,.. my inspirational poetic wallpaper, "The Panther". I hope you all like it.

Yeah.. it can be, but sadly I don't have the original translation nor can I prove the true words used due to I rather get it from the book, not the internet.

This poem is such an amazing piece of art! I remember first time I heard it myself, I - like the panther- was captured, however in a much different way!

So beautiful^^ I love this poem, but I think a poem can only be really appreciated in the language it is originally written in. This one is great, too but I like the original better. Nontheless this piece of art is great^^ I am really glad there is such great artwork to this poem out there. The colours really fit the sadness and feelings of the panther. The photo also fits greatly, too

Mind you, not everyone can understand languages a poem is/was originally written in, so having taken great care in translation, that can only go so far, so I actually do like how justice is served on this piece of work to where I was just compelled to do the artwork for. ^_^

Of course not everybody can and I see that you have put lots of effort in this translation. It is not bad at all, it is great And it is nice that your translation makes it possible to share this great poem with people that don't understand German
