I see that others already mentioned the look of a chess figure and the Man Ray resemblance. Excellent work! One may mention the escaped strand of her hair but I think it is a necessary contrast for the statuette-like pose. Take my bow!

Yes, there is a very strong Man Ray influence here. While shooting, I was
actually thinking about that picture...My own personal touch here was the

look to the side and that exact strand of hair...


I felt that the strand gives it additional depth...

I rather miss the f-holes (No, I was joking. While some bitterness is still there in me, 'cos years ago I had the idea to shoot a nude female silhouette with f-holes projected to imitate a violin, and about six month later I met the Man Ray photo. There are very few unused pixel out there, I am afraid. Amost all the best ideas are already shot.)

Nice catch. I was planning to shoot the famous shot by Man Ray as a silhouette and then
the model turned her head-I found the frame to be perfect...IMHO.
