Description
I made myself a custom decor for Lioden - here he is! I've got some fun plans for him some time next month >o>I did my best to match @/MrXylax 's style and I think I did a pretty good job!
I DID NOT draw the background - it's from Lioden. It's the one he's gonna be on later!

Thanks deer! I usually do my highlights with overlay, but I've noticed the shading on the main lion lines is done in dark brown and white, so that's what I was aiming to match. If I ever do a more brightly coloured animal though I'll keep that in mind VuV

On main lions itβs done with dark brown and white because itβs a flat layer with the lineart thatβs layered over the markings and base ;D On recent decor we donβt really use that tactic. And another tip for the future, if an animal has intricate markings(I do this specifically on any bird with banding on their body and wings), finish the animal as if it doesnβt have the markings and then add the small markings in the end! β€οΈ thanks for the watch btw!

I did it that way for a specific reason ;o; He's meant to look like the main lions vs just the decors.
