But one can easily forget that a powerful take charge no nonsense but still humorous bad ass is the one wearing it. I like how in both the OVA and the manga special Erza is both goofy and scary when encountering Natsu and... Rave guy. I forget his name. Was it Haru?

There's just the right amount of goofy and bad ass blended into Erza I think. I wish there were a lot more female characters written like her in shows and movies.
