Part 2 of saving Gilbert! Follow up to this comic by Zlukaka , inspired by this perfect comic by HiggsBison and sirkai .
Because seriously, there’s so many “blankies” going around Old Yharnam and I’m pretty sure your friendly neighourhood Djura is to blame 
Also Gilbert really deserves a happy ending, so there you go.

Yeah, Bloodborne is so sad and there is so many things that had to be "fixed" with little comics and things XD It's an absolutely amazing game though, it could just use a few tweaks, like bringing Gilbert to Djura...

Yeah, is super sad. But it's a from Software game, and its souls like. And dark souls doesn't have many happy endings. But your version of Djura is just like that funny and cute grandpa. Love it.

Yes, the whole Father Gascoigne story arc is what got me super emotionally invested in the game. In a way, I do love that quest, despite how terribly sad and tragic it is, I probably wouldn't change a thing in the actual game (though I was happy to see people drawing alternate endings and fanart to 'change' it)

Same it has that tragic "from soft heart pulling and tear jerking narrative" the games have. One notable piece of art about that arc on DA that I found was made by jeza-red where the good hunter saves the girl from the pig

dA doesn't have much fanart, maybe like 10% of fanart goes here, I saw a whole lot of stuff on tumblr. A lot of people like to draw the Gascoigne family being happy before the plague, and I've seen some alternate versions for the game as well.
