A new OC I got from named Stormy and hopefully I'm going to be able to draw her in the style I draw in and maybe soonthis reference sheet was not drawn up by me all credit for this is towards I am just the new owner/drawer of Stormy. sort got distracted to finish the info since I wanted to start drawing Stormy
