Yeah yeah, Bluestar's death. I just heard this line in the song (a falling star, least I fall alone) and randomly started drawing a falling cat, which turned into Bluestar underwater.
I have had little to no practise on water, so it doesn't even look like water

Wow. This image is absolute wow. In this critique, I will be starting with the good points, as there aren't many bad ones. I love the special bubble effect. It is blurred to the point to where it looks like it really is surfacing underwater, but still firm and it holds its shape well. There is one small problem, but as I said before, I am only stating the well points of this image in the beginning.
The body image is well-made, but there are one or two problems, again. I absolute love the delicacy of the paws, and the face expression (which is basically blank) is amazing. The ears are pointed back at the perfect angle.
Now I will move on to the bad points of the image. When you plunge underwater, there will be a huge mass of bubbles where your face is, and then it will surface upwards. I'm not sure how deep the image is, but considering the lights, it isn't far at all into the river. The bubbles are evenly spread, which is ever rarely the case. If it is, there will be large clumps in small areas, and then an even space, and the clumps again. If this was evenly spread, then some bubbles are too far to be classified as the body's impact.
The body of water. The lights are oddly made, in my perspective, it should have been light to dark, in more of a natural colour, to contrast more of the beautiful pelt colour of Bluestar. However, it is nice that there is a brighter highlight at the top, and it slowly becomes less visible.
There is one small problem on the fore-paw farthest from us. There is a mass of small black pixels clumped in one area, but it's the only problem there.
The legs seem to be cut off, with the fur and skin regrown. On the one farther from us, there should be a paw print and a slight curved edge at the top.
On the one closest to us, there should be each 'finger' indication. Nothing else I can see wrong. :]
