It was quite entertaining to sew, and a challenge as well!I based it off Jon Sprague (The Jon in SPG)'s Little Birdie illustration from The 2cents Show lyric album.
The hat was a pain to sew (it took me three days, longer than the actual plush!), so if you appreciate your sanity, you won't attempt to sew a top hat, ever.

If you purchase a digital ticket, you can watch all the behind the scenes footage.Β It's twenty dollars.Β Pretty good deal; you get two hours of concert footage, plus one hour of behind the scenes stuff.
The time stamps that I spotted it are 10:23 (Jon has it in a clear plastic ball thing that he's holding).Β You can see it on the table throughout, but at 22:20 Chelsea zooms in on it singularly.Β (It's really funny). Check it out; I think it might just be your plush.Β Β
