A quick sketch I finished, wanted to do the pokemon december challenge except early and before december when I have time to remember to do it.13) Electric Pokemon
Mine is Joltic, and yes it is totally out of order and I bet this concept has already been done but I like them. They are small, fluffy, cute, and good.
