(Also, this is a gif, right? So if you just make each picture transparent using a magic wand in a program such as Paint.NET, then use those transparent pictures to make the gif, would that work? Sorry, I've never made a gif!)

If you want to save a gif on photoshop you have to go "save for a web", it wont work on "save as" ;D
