Sorry about the long wait. I hope you like this.
I really liked how this ended up. The background went nicely with the character's design. I like white dresses and a moon in the background. It seems to look good together because I could add white shades to the dress making it look brightened up by the moon. I think I'm improving on backgrounds. ^^
I used mainly Painttool SAI to draw this and Medibang Paint Pro was used to add final touches.
