Draw from life as much as possible. Draw all the time and challenge yourself by drawing hard things that you have never drawn before. The first year or so in art college you paint and draw lots of still lifes and studies and you spend at least 20+ hours on all of them. Its no secret, just hard work drawing things that make you uncomfortable until you can draw them easily.Β
