That's right, they did actually use them. Β They tweaked the air-time factor a bit though, since Spyro has wings!

I was kinda hoping they'd do a spin-off game where it was just Spyro on a skateboard the whole time. Β Instead of headbashing, you just run badguys over! Β Boss fights become epic freestyle competitions! Β Moneybags runs the skate shop, and you buy upgrades and cool swag for your board. Β And of course, the sheep all have rollerskates!

I love Spyro and he looks cool on a skateboard, but too bad he cheats, on 4 legs for perfect balance, claws so he barely bails and wings for airborne stunts.
