I know no one pays attention (I certainly don't) but I do try to submit these on Saturdays; this one is a day early because I'm off to Armageddon Expo this weekend. Hopefully can sell a decent amount of art this time.

The last story arc was done with vertical strips; now to mix it up again I drew this at precisely 10 1/4" x 6 5/8", apparently the standard finished comic page size, which means you're not getting the image reduction you would normally. It's a good format and I can see why people use it. It would of course be easier to draw on a larger sheet of paper and reduce it, but in this case I think it worked well with the tiny, simply-drawn figures.

This page was a long time coming, but I think it paid off. I'm quite happy with it, all the more so because I was drawing this as I was submitting page 49 which I wasn't at all happy with. I stared at the middle of three insert pages for ages trying to work out what to put there; three episodes of Bruce Campbell's Jack of all Trades later I remembered one of my early ideas of showing the doors clicking shut. So awesomely cliche.
