Well, there is still hope Tzeentch (for hopes) and Slaanesh will take interest in the Isekai-Guy, and save and/or empower (Tzeentch his hopes and ambitions and Slaanesh for his absurd desires and dreams).
(Then agan, that almiost certainly would entitle something fun, like mutations)

If you're gonna get trapped in a fantasy world Warhammer Fantasy is not the one you want to be stuck in! Unless the only alternative was Eärwa of course *shudder*
