This is the first of alot of studies i'm going to be doing...i really want to create a manga someday but I have issues with drawing things strait from my head. So hopefully alot of repetition will improve my skills enough that I can finally reach my goal. So here is study #1...I tried to draw Miki from Miki Falls, but wasn't very successful, and the other drawing is a picture of this girl that I found on google...I would love criticism! this is all for the sake of improvement..but try not to bash on me too bad...I'm still a noob.

Yeah, the girl under Miki is definitely Lain Iwakura from Serial Experiments Lain. I wanted to mention it before but I was too nervous to say it. But anyway, I love the drawing of both characters.

This is fantastic! I'm really honored that you did these studies of Miki, I think you really got her perfectly, it's very impressive. The other drawing is also excellent, and the foreshortening on the arm is extremely well done. Great work!^^

Thanks alot! When I get paid my friend and I are going to go get the books, we both really like the style and it's fun to work with. And she's not nearly perfect, but I hope to get closer next attempt!
