Vision- 5 This piece of art is so amazing it looks so nice and not cheap at all in any place this deserves a 5.
Originality- 4.5 i have not seen something like this yet and looks very nice.
Technique- 5 this picture has amazing technique everywhere. Great shading, effects, and colors.
Impact - 5 when i first look at this picture it is not blurry, foggy, or confusing at all making this piece of artwork to succeed at one of the hardest things that art can do.
So i hope you enjoyed this critique and can't wait for your next deviation.

This isn't an image Id usually stop and look at, nether the less it caught my eye, and I can think of a few things to say about this image - so here I go.
The character its self seems well developed, with much thought gone into, and the way you have draw it only emphasizes this, so very well done.
I love the use of the Neon colours for it's body markings, and I also love characters with wings - so that's a big selling point for me.
The verity of brushes you have used makes an interesting, but not too distracting background, with the character still being the main focus of the image.
If I were to critique one thing about this image however, I would say the mouth seems to be a little too high up it's cheek, but other than that your animal anatomy looks really good (better than mine by a long shot)
over all, this is a very bright and eye-catching image I enjoyed critiquing.
