Contest entry for 's contest. The purpose was to draw the character you'd most like to bring to life and why. Well, mine is obviously Reckless and as to why...Reckless embodies being free to me. If he'd be real (and mine) I'd ride him across wide open country (with the occasional tree
) feeling totally free and without a care in the world. I'm not sure I depicted it right, but that was my intention anyway... Freedom of cares and troubles...Oh, and that's supposed to be me atop him

The movement in this is great, and Reckless has such a cool design! I love those colors, and that long mane and tail. I'd love to go riding through an open field on a horse like that

Well, any resemblance between me and my manga-self is probably accidental. Well, I do have messy hair like Ch'laen... And hey, this is art!! Your portraits don't have to look photo-realistic.
