This is an interesting anthro dragon pic, as it seems to be a bit of an oriental in styling as the little whiskers and the ears to go with those horns. The body does seem form to the common anthro style even down to the common style jeans he is wearing. Even the simple gradient background as a backdrop works for the posing he is doing, I see it as a nice work myself. 
As to the whole questioning making this a mature pic, I say maybe if you have a FA account because DA tries to discourage nudity when being poised as sexy as to modelling not showing the naughty bits. Besides implied sexy is fine enough for this pic a it stands now no changes, but that is ultimately your final call though no one else's to make.
