GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Celestial dragons are very rare inhabitants of Omura and in fact there is only one known (and only through legends). It is suspected that they are related to Star dragons only because they share similar aspects.
APPEARANCE
Scales: White or a light shade of grey
Wingspan: --- (Celestial dragons do not have wings as they have elongated bodies like an Eastern Lung dragon and fly the same way)
MAGICAL ABILITIES
Element: Nebula (though mainly centered around star-creation)
Other abilities: Teleporting through tears in space
DIET

Maybe... It's not much off my usual style. I just seem to have gotten addicted to glowy effects. However it looks like I've gotten back into cell-shading (like on the mane and tail where it's not blended) again

I wanted to go play around with shading, you know learn to blend colours more? I also had developed a fondness for colouring with the pencil tool which results in lines of colour with lighter edges of said colour... I guess I just really liked that. However cell shading used to take me a long time now it's not so bad. :3

Nah what it is is actually that I have more control over my tablet and thus take less time with the lasso tool and paint bucket xD

I love dragons so yer of course am going to fav it ^_^
but i like the mood of the patcher how Pacefle and carming, the background is well done with nice coulse that dont overpower the pitcher, and the green streack adds movment in to the pitcher, and the dragon well done like the look on his face and like how his tall look like it moving into the wind.
