Not only I think Mulan is an underrated Disney Princess, in my opinion Mulan is THE Best Disney Princess of all time. I think people can relate to her, she tries to find something that she's best at and wants people to accepted for who she is. Sure she can be clumsy, act silly sometimes, and can be socially awkward but she’s also strong, have courage, independent, and mostly brave. In fact, I think she’s one of the bravest character I have ever seen. The way she took her father’s place in the war, that takes guts and I do respect that. What makes her different from other Disney Princesses is she tries to bring honor to her family, not finding true love. And thanks to her movie, I learned that don’t judge people by their genders and women should have their rights. Her pacing, her development, and her motivation are just perfect. When I saw one of the critics gave a negative review on Mulan for killing people, I think that’s bullcrap. Shan Yu and his men deserves to die because they were a threat to the whole China and killed lots of people. Thanks to Mulan, China was saved. As much I love other Disney Princesses like Belle, Jasmine, Tiana, Rapunzel, and Anna, I think Mulan deserves more credit. I love her character, I love her motivation, and her movie is one of my Top 5 favorite Disney movies.
