" What is this being?" - thought one, who's eyes were following the small creature while it wandered to the cold pond, mesmerised by the glimpse of stars on water surface.
Yet one decided not to come closer, unsure about what could one find along this darkest of nights - and one, unseen but present, stayed in shades of an old fence, once, perhaps, made up and left by the farmer of these lands years ago - and kept on watching the small creature, afraid of coming closer - but intrigued by what will this new found being will choose to do this night...
