It took me ages to get the transparency on because the after-look looked so retarded and had some pixels that weren't suppost to be part of the picture, but now it is solved!

I thought up this because of some art theft happening in the past. And I was going to have a police officer on the right like this one: and I was struggling with the police hat, and thought that Fella would've been an original
And if you were wondering what's in Fella's hands, they're handcuffs just incase they wouldn't look like doughnuts
