Personality: As her origin as the heir of the Sol Dimensions throne expects her to be, Surya is a proud young woman who holds her head high, while still being down to earth with her people. At first and for most others she seems to be very hard on the outside which is a true assumption. However; she also possesses a warm hearted and soft side people close to her get to see. Unlike Shade, she isn´t much of a team player. A small trait that Blaze passed onto her as well as having quite a temper. For the most part she is able to keep it under control with her normally calm and collected appearance. Although it does come out on certain occasions as her patience tends to run out rather fast. Much like most Echidnas, or Echidna-Mixes she is extremely stubborn and has just as stubborn opinions and views on certain things, which make her appear rather rude at times. Additionally she is also awfully honest, which again makes her appear quite rude. She simply doesn´t see the point of keeping obvious things to herself. Her difficult personality, especially with her hard appearance and honesty, makes it very hard for her to make friends, but she doesn´t suffer all too much from it. Her family and the people who can actually deal with her personality make up for the lack of social interaction. It takes a while until she warms up to others. There is one person she utterly despises, which is Shadow’s and Knuckles’ first child Night the Hedgechidna. The two Echidna-Mixes have a similar rivalry as Shadow and Sonic but on less friendly terms. While Surya normally stays out of unnecessary fights, she tends to provoke Night long enough for her to lose her temper first and attack her. Stubborn as both are, neither is willing to give up and the fights end either with someone getting between them and stop them or with both getting unconscious from exhaustion. Despite her reputation of being distant, she doesn´t hesitate to help people in danger or protect helpless citizens with the help of her powers. This change of behaviour when danger occurs tends to confuse people a lot.

Powers: Thanks to Blaze she possesses the power to generate flames, however; in contrast to Blaze she doesn´t generate traditional red fire. The fire she is able to make is green coloured and contains a high amount of Chaos Energy which is the cause of their rare appearance. Her flames aren´t as hot as the ones Blaze is able to produce, but they still leave bad burns. Mainly due to the highly concentrated chaos energy. Out of her family she is the slowest member.

She is Night’s main rival and they clash almost every time they meet.

She uses ONLY they/them pronouns on Night.

The quills on her head are softer than normal echidna quills.

If she isn´t sure about ones gender-identity, she uses they/them pronouns on them, whatever they identify with them or not.

Same goes for tomboys/tomgirls. She doesn´t understand the concept of a boy/girl acting a lot like the opposite gender, while still identifying as the one they were born with. (Reason why she uses they/them on Night)
