i have a chunithm penguin plush and a swirlix plush and I love them if they fall on the ground I pick them up and hug them.

Well I still have most of my pillows around me in bed, one blue is always sitting next to me, I have 26 pillows they all look different.

Ehh, there are far worse (and truly embarrassing) things one could do in his/her adult life. Sleeping with stuffed animals doesn't even make the list.
How one helps him/herself get to sleep is by and large irrelevant to anyone except said individual. (If anything, we all could use some better sleep...)

Amen to that.
Some plush animals are more cozier than pillows. I think that it is a psychological habit - we want to hug things for protection, comfort, or affection. If people aren't available for either of those, or if a sleeping family dog takes up most of the bed, then a plush animal is the next best thing.

Iβve slept with my plush toys since I was three, maybe even younger. Iβm now an adult, and still sleep with my plushies every night. Thereβs nothing wrong with it, and Iβve found it actually makes falling asleep easier.

i'm still sleeping with my first ever plushi that was supposed to be for my big brother (died when born)
he's my elephant named jumbo (because i though the disney movie name was "jumbo" and not "dumbo" XD)
