i do think that the smoke adds to the atmosphere of the shot, however i would like to have seen more of it. right now it just sort of looks added in, i cant tell where its coming from or what its doing. maybe adding some directionality to it.
is it coming from the glass? or maybe its hanging in the fore ground or the background? is he facing the origin of the smoke or is it behind him?
just some things to think about. other wise its a great shot!

Composition tutorials would stress to focus on the subject himself ad opposed to the glass. But in this case, I wanted to go at it a little differently. I like using negative space because "something", in the middle of all this "nothing", can be equally as striking as that same "something" taking up the whole frame.
Plus, it left more room for the smoke so I'm happy with it.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.

I love that shot. The smoke really does add atmosphere to the shot. Do you have anymore from this set? I would love to see them.

Thank you very much. I'm happy with how much the smoke lends to the photo.
Yes I do have many more to this set but since I'm so backlogged, it'll be a little bit before it's released.
I have to release all the AX 2008 shoots before I release this one.
