"T.U.F.F. Puppy" is one of my recent favorite cartoons after discovering it on Netflix and subsequently Amazon Instant.I really enjoy the characters Butch Hartman developed here, and the humor may be simple, but it's just the right kind of simple humor to get me rolling because it's so outrageous. I mean they actually made the whole "make-up-a-name-based-on-a-sign-you-see-somewhere-in-the-room" gag even funnier. And I love the idea of Jerry Trainer playing a cartoon character. He's already the poor man's Jim Carrey, what could be better than having him voice a wacky toon dog?
This picture up here might not be my best attempt at drawing in this simplistic style, my artwork shines the best when I have a lot of detail to emulate or include. But I'll try doing another TUFF Puppy picture soon.
The idea of this picture was to poke realistic humor into the fact that these guys pose at the end of every episode in freeze frame. So if this was really on a television set, certain things could go wrong.

I love it, it's really funny! I enjoyed the show a lot when I was younger. Don't know why I stopped watching it nowadays. Maybe I should get back into the groove sometime...

Thank you. And yeah, you might consider revisiting the show. I didn't much like the 4th season. But seasons 1 - 3 were pretty solid.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I don't think I'll be dabbling in any TMNT stuff until I watch the original series. Which I hope I will enjoy. I also really want to see the original and new ThunderCats.

the new thundercats was awesome it even re-ivented the mumm-ra transformation and snarf who alot of 80s fans consider the most annoying character in the original is now adorable and not annoying as the original,and the new tmnt is more of the 80s show except without the whole 4th wall breaking and cheesy jokes the jokes in the new show is more of a great humor which alot of cartoons don't do maybe cause peter hasting the same guy who worked on animaniacs and pinky and the brain worked on the new tmnt show.
