Linothele fallaxfamily: Dipluridae
Linotheles are Mygalomorphs like Tarantulas but these are funnel web spiders. The genus Linothele means covering teats, referring to their extraordinarily long spinnerets covering the ground in sheets of webs. The fallax species has beautiful tiger stripes as younglings but those go away for blue/purple coloration later with no stripes.
