These icons have a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License ., so yeah, you can do that so long as you license it the same way and don't try to sell the theme.

Oh no, I don't plan on selling. Some people had wanted the ported/bundled icons, since they didn't know how to do it themselves. Thanks for the info, I just wanted FFra's say on it, since it's their icons.
