Thought I'd illustrate this for fun.My Crow thief, Evraen, with hatchling Ridna hiding in his jacket. My thought is that while Ridna was small, Evraen could sneak her wherever he wanted.
I have them regarding each other because I'm sure after a while of growing up together, Evraen and his little pet here would start to think on the same frequency--like they can read each other's minds.
I think when Ridna grew up, she was always trying to climb on top of Evraen's shoulders for safety when some of their heists got a little dangerous.

Ridna's actually a little velociraptor. Evraen stole here as an egg. Maybe he could steal another for you, but watch your wallet, he might take that in the process. He's a little crow-pickpocket.
