So he doesnt freeze his frills off.
Besides, cute lizard with cute headwarmer is cute.Exercised my hand a little bit today. I found some ways to adjust my drawing so it’s easier on my hand. Minimizing pressure sensitivity and using more of the stabilizer qualities on my stylus. Still gonna take it easy though.

Definitely take it easy for a bit. My wrist likes to act up, partially due to overindulgence in computer stuffs but partially due to rheumatoid arthritis, so I know it's rough. That said, Drex's hat makes me happy!

Hahah yeah, well its definitely a series that prioritizes presentation over gameplay, though it actually has some very surprising moments of gameplay genius. One of my favorite moments is in Gex 2 at one point you see a series of platforms going up in a spiral, and you think its going to be a crazy annoying platforming challenge, but once you land on the first platform the camera actually sticks to the side of Gex as he climbs up, meaning you only have to move left or right to angle yourself correctly! That's the kind of 3D platforming trick I'd expect from 2007's Super Mario Galaxy, not a 1998 3D platformer barely anybody played!! Absolutely ahead of its time, that one section there!!

Quick question. Are Leptos warm blooded, or cold blooded? Cuz those things, no matter how cute, are gonna be useless if he's cold blooded.

I'm thinking they're partial coldblooded in some physiological weird way. They have more resilience than previous generation reptiles, but can still be slowed down a bit.
In this setting, you might consider leptolapsi have some enhanced homeostasis, like they're moving in the direction of something bird-like on the evolutionary chart.

You know, I heard a theory on the dinosaurs once of a similar nature for their own warm/cold blooded nature. It was referred to a "Luke-warm blooded"
I don't remember the full detail, but long story short, their energy was split between movement, and growth. Food provided energy for one, and the sun provided energy for the other.
