OMG, I FINALLY FINISHED THIS!!!This thing took me, like, around 8 hours to do, or something like that. I lost track a while ago.
This is for the project, and I am very happy with it!
Lugia wasn't supposed to have a gender, but people are drawing male and female versions of all the pokemon, I decided to go with male.
I'll be uploading a larger version later....

Thanks! I thought the feet were rather fun to draw. I'm still not sure myself though, rather or not the feet were meant to be shoes or actual feet.....
