Bio: Bismuth is an artificially created fusion designed for surveillance and communications while also being combat-ready. They were acquired by the Hideout as an asset to Team Rocket, however they struggle in social situations due to their origin and intended use. They thrive under instruction, carrying out orders until instructed otherwise. They understand that they must have had parents in a way, but never knew them.
