I've always wanted to draw a genderbended Inquisitor.
The Chinese translation of Inquisitor translates into Lightning or Thunder God, I forgot which. Sorry for the mistakes in the outfit, it was really hard to see the front of it so I had to guess. Also, I wish they'd have this outfit in-game. It looks so cool.
Trying out a new coloring style. It's less...shiny and more painterly-like.

I really admire the texture in the clothing and the illusion of movement, or sinking feeling, if you will. The soft blues go well with the whites and blacks as well. The bubbles look the way bubbles do, almost opaque, but not quite. The hair is very detailed and flows in the way that hair does when one is underwater. I love the contrast of the lighter water with reflective qualities and the darker stellar water. The staff and the hat also look like they belong and don't crowd the scene. Very nicely done, Fenrixion. I salute your Lightning Goddess artwork.
