Criticism, eh? Well, there's two problems that come to mind when I look at it -
1) Her face is laid out as if she was facing you directly, however, her neck is off-kilter, drawn as if she was looking away at an angle.
2) The left arm has a few small issues, like the elbow being a little too low and the wrist being a little thick, but the major thing would be that you should fix the positioning of the fabric under her shoulder (it should probably fit her body more tightly, like the rest of the dress).
The only other thing I care to point out is maybe lightening up on the pencil work overlying the right hip, it looks a little too jaggy.
I hope that's helpful. Really, it's a good, pretty pic - the nice light coloring makes it ideal for a layout.

Well, the head is suppose to be turned to the right a little bit but the eyes can move, so they are looking this way. im not so sure how i would put the neck by the way you said. n__n'
and yes, the left art is a bit weird @__@'' ill fix that later.
Nyuu, mesa rarely uses pencil. x3 i did the whole thing in Oc2, and im a newbie with Oc. i didnt even do lineart for this, so yes its a bit messy.

It's still a nice pic. O_o the thin lines make it look delicate and good, you just need to make them more precise and less sketchy. lol
