History: Ry was born in the sleepy town of Farlight. It was a small place, with only a few residents. She and her two brothers were schooled by the only teacher in town. It was an older community, so there were only a few other kids that they grew up with. Ry w as the youngest of the ragtag group, if they played house, she was always the baby. If they played superheros, she was always the one being saved. The group of kids coddled little Ry. Her big brothers kept her safe, and they other kids spoiled her due to her young age. As they grew, the tightknit group of kids began to dream about their future. Her brothers wanted to own their own car shop, most of them wanted to get away from the tired old town. It was beautiful, but it was stagnant. They were all young with stars in their eyes, they wanted adventure and fun. Ry was no different. Though, she didnt know what she wanted to do with her life. She was good at gardening, but botany didnt seem like a likely profession. Her mother and father both studied medicine. They were the town doctors.

The tired thoughts plauged Ry day to day. She would often have trouble sleeping due to the worry. She hated being so anxious, but she couldnt get the thoughts out of her head. She didnt want to be a doctor like her parents. She didnt know if her passion was practical, but it was what she wanted more than anything. More than once she proposed to her parents she could make a business out of selling her flowers, but in their town, there just wasnt a big enough market. There would be no way she could fund herself to get her own home or pay for food.

Ry did her best, selling little boquets to the elders of the town. She stored away whatever she got for a rainy day.

When she was seventeen she got her first actual job, working at the retirement home in town. She was in charge of cleaning and cooking and helping out wherever she could. After she would get home at night she would be too exhausted to do much of anything. The money was decent, and she put every penny she made into helping her garden. ALthough she knew she could easily just put her work money into her savings, Ry refused. She believed the money she got from selling her flowers had good energy on it. So, whenever she needed to use it, it would be 'blessed' in a way.

One by one as they grew older, her friends began to leave the town. They had all found what they were meant to do. They found love and life away from their little town. One by one, Ry said her farewells, and promised she would write often. After a few years, Ry was the only one of the group left. She kept herself busy by tending to her gardens and digging around for fossils. Though, she felt as if she were going no where. Sure, she was only twenty, but she felt like her life was purposeless.

As she wandered one twilight evening, she wound up at the train station. Her eyes widened and she knew. She took her savings and bought a ticket, and hopped on to go wherever the train would take her. She left a note to her parents and she followed her heart. She didnt know where she was going, or what she was doing. Ry had stars in her eyes and she was ready to find the pace where she belonged, to forge her own path and meet new friends.
