Description RIP White Kitty

So for my stupid senior English project I'm shadowing a vet. It was interesting watching the vet do examinations on the animals that came in while I took some pictures. It was a slow day and it was almost over because they were soon closing when a girl came in with a sick white cat. It looked absolutely pitiful. The vet did some tests and found that it had feline leukemia. He said it was like aids in humans. They could have done blood transfusions but it would only last a short time before the cat becomes sick again. They decided to put it to sleep but I didn't watch. If there is a kitty paradise I hope he made it there.

I was thinking about becoming a vet but I don't think I could ever put something to sleep because there is always that possibility that it might just get better and it's really sad. : (

This is just a little tribute for him. He reminded me of when my cat, Felix, got sick last year and we took him to the vet.
Anyway, I will put up the lineart when I ink it. Feel free to critique because I need to work on my cats.

awww I know how you feel ): I had to shadow a vet once a couple of years back, and they had to put down a really sick guinea pig, and the whole family was in tears ): RIP White Kitty~

The drawing is really good, though (: I could tell straight away it was a cat ^^

I like it, it's sad ;___; uhm I like he anatomy, it's good, but I think the mouth should be a little different. and maybe put a few lines on the wings to indicate feathers, but I REALLY like it, It's sad, Ive seen animal being put to sleep and I never cry but.... It's not fun definately not.
