I didn't think that the boobies were out of place, I like to draw this character nude because she is far away from a real woman body (extra tiny, exagerated forms), I didn't wanted to make a thought-provoking drawing ^^
Futhermore, I like to mix nudity with natural stuffs because it reminds me nymphes, muses, her nudity is as natural as the nature itself ^^.
It is my point of view, but I understand your too

I guess the viewer gets out of a work of art what they bring with their life experience. In my society nudity is almost always represented in the context of sexuality. Unfortunately nudity is not as natural as nature itself So my comment was a reaction against the mores in my society, not your work.

I agree that in our society nudity is represented in the context of sexuality, but, I think that when it is artistic and not just nudity for nudity it can be beautiful and completly out of sexuality. But when i see some nude photos on deviantart not at all artistics, I'm chocked.
I understand that you react about the society, I think that it is important to have our own point of view and having a criticized eye on the society and what people want to make us thinking.

Oops I think that I misunderstood your sentence, sorry my english is not perfect and when I saw "provoking" I understood it like something bad.

Yes, though-provoking just means it makes you think It has a positive connotation... in other words I was trying to give you a compliment!

I think in France things are a lot more relaxed and you, in general, have a healthier view of the body and sexuality... LOL kind of a broad generalization
