My head is kind of huge.     (I'm not even kidding, it is so difficult for me to find hats that fit) I can't even get this mask on my face in a way that would let me see out the eyes, never mind trying to get the jaw attached.   I could probably fudge it with some elastic though.

I suppose I should note the bottom jaw isn't actually attached to anything, since I don't know about the comissioner's head size, so the way it's resting probably makes it look more like just a skull and not a mask.
