A Korat; Commission for the Dutch Catbreed Association (de Nederlandse Raskatten Vereniging).These ancient blue cats come from Thailand, so I have drawn some vegetation typical for that country at the background - in combination with a mystic atmosphere.

Sooooooooo adorable
I actually really like the quickly done looking plants. Gives the whole thing a traditional painting feel. The cat's face seems a tad flat to me but for all I know that's how it actually looks. I've actually never seen a Korat though I've heard of the species

- without giving an impression of a rushed background...(I've always the temptation to rush...)
Anyway I've indeed seen that Korat's have pretty flat faces compared to other catbreeds. Completely the opposite of my favourite breed; the Siamese/Oriental cat (which I use as important source of inspiration for cheederians XD)
