I'm gonna be honest, there are times that I actually do feel that Jesus is just sitting besides me. I'm not gonna lie. But its a good thing.

And just to be clear, while it is true that God will always be there for us as Christians (no doubt about it), but if we disobey God, ...ouch, there's punishment. I mean, the people of Isreal started well when coming out of the land of Egypt, but then, they started to rebel. Moses himself started well, but unfortunately did not make it to the Promise Land; God allowed him to see it though, but he couldn't enter it. Why? Because earlier on, he disobeyed God on how to get water on the rock for the people to drink. And lemme tell you that upon how many people were journeying from Egypt to the Promise Land (like over 2 million), only two people made it there: Joshua and Caleb. These two men remained very faithful to God, they truly obeyed Him regardless of the circumstances, they trusted God wholeheartedly, despite the negative report the rest of the spies sent (which unfortunately wearied down everybody).

My prayer is that we truly obey and serve God in Spirit and in Truth, and trust Him wholeheartedly just as Joshua and Caleb have.
